Owned and operated by the Farahani family, the four farms (or "fincas") of Fara Café represent a five-generation tradition of experience and dedication to coffee cultivation.
Santa Rita

Las Nubes
Las Nubes, or "The Clouds," has truly earned this name because of its mist-shrouded, high-elevation slopes. This extra moisture gives the robust growth of Las Nubes a larger bean with an especially rich flavor.

San Francisco
San Francisco was one of the earliest farms planted by German immigrants, whose families continued to live on the farm through the years. Historically, it served as a showcase for applying the latest growing techniques combined with modern land conservation practices.

El Diamante
El Diamante, or "The Diamond," is a tiny gem - our smallest farm. It is located near the town of San Ramón, a late 1800's gold mining town. As the gold rush ended, El Diamante began producing a new gold standard in Matagalpa - fine Arabica coffee.
